Cancellation Policy
At L'Épopée Grand Hotel, we understand that even the best-laid plans may change. To provide you with both flexibility and peace of mind, we have established the following cancellation terms.
Full Refund:
Should your plans change, you may cancel your reservation without charge up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. The full amount will be promptly refunded to your original method of payment.
Late Cancellation & Modification:
For cancellations or modifications made within 14 to 3 days of arrival, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.
No Refund:
Regrettably, cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival date, or in the event of a no-show or early departure, will result in a full forfeiture of the booking amount.
We recommend considering comprehensive travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. All refunds are processed in accordance with your bank's policies and may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
